The Scientific Literature section of the ACCOBAMS web site contains lists of selected scientific articles, divided by topic. This may give an idea of the variety of approaches to cetacean research, and of the available information. New scientific articles are issued every month, at a rate that is constanly increasing.

Subscribers to the marmam list receive regular updates on the new marine mammals literature being published worldwide - a service kindly provided by David Janiger (Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County).

A search with specific keywords (e.g. 'Mediterranean dolphin') can be made through the GoogleScholar database. If the pdf article cannot be found online after a through search, it may be requested by e-mail to the first author.
